Our kennel consists of 120 cows (Limousine cows) and 130 pigs.
Our Limousine cows are all entered in the National breed stud book
(Libro nazionale genealogico di razza – ANACLI)
We have a closed cycle breeding so the newborn calves are fed, slaughtered and then processed in our company and this allows us to provide excellent meat for the restaurant and for the farm shop.
The power supply consists of six months a year of execellent grass pastures and for the remaining months of forage and cereal from our company, while respecting the animal welfare.
Pig breeding includes 130 sows (Large White and Land Race) and we have again a closed cycle breeding so the piglets are fed on with cereals details without additive to have the best meat for our famous charcuterie, flagship of our company.
